During just one 120-minute course you’ll learn:

  • How to confidently approach any dining table
  • How to properly use your napkin
  • How to comfortably navigate a table setting
  • How to use your fork, knife and spoon
  • How to hold stemmed glasses and know which one to use!
  • What to avoid doing at the dining table
  • How to host a meal, or how to be a polite dinner guest
  • How to make a toast
  • and more

You may ask yourself, “Why is dining etiquette important?”

In today’s society with hectic family schedules eating together is/was often impossible. Many people have missed opportunities to learn social graces at the dining table in an international Western atmosphere.  How could you be expected to know dining etiquette without having experienced any training?

Not knowing what to do with your napkin, or understanding which fork to use, or even how to properly handle the fork can make one feel self-conscious and uncomfortable while dining with others. This tutorial will help you relax and enjoy a meal in the company you’re with.

Looking to move up on the career ladder?  Many executives view the lack of table manners as an incomplete education … no matter what your degree might be in!  Competition is stiff these days and companies look for a trained person who also has accomplished soft skills to represent them.  Be that person with a discreetly big presence, the one that stands out among peers by representing yourself and the company’s values with confidence.

The more you learn and the more you practice the nuances of social dining the more polished you become.  Having good table manners is a noticeable “stamp of approval”, personally and professionally.
